  • Warranty only covers manufacturing fault.
  • Warranty does not include wear and tear and or damage caused by the user.
  • ​Warranty does not include wear and tear or scratch marks of upholstery.
  • Replacements parts that are under warranty are free of charge however LOPE does not cover the cost of shipping the spare part.
  • No returns or change of mind.
