Shipping Terms
1.You may pick up the product(s) from our warehouse, or alternatively, you may contact us to arrange delivery. (Products are packing in Crate Box. You will need a van to pick up)
2.The purchaser is responsible for shipping / delivery costs, this fee is not included in the sale price.
3.Any damage or loss during shipping will be the responsibility of the shipping company.
4.Shipping, if conducted by us, will be arranged within 3 business days.
For Melbourne clients, we can offer free assemble if it's 30 km close to our warehouse. Please note, we don't offer cleaning up the packing boxes. We can forward you some rubbish cleaning company to assist you.
For interstate clients, we will ship out through third party couriers, tracking number will be provided. They will only provide door to door service. You need to arrange the other person to help you to bring it inside or upstairs.
Please note, courier will normally call you half hour before delivery, and give you an approximate time.
LOPE Pilates DOES NOT ACCEPT refunds.
On the rare occasion a return is approved, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 14 Burton Court, Bayswater 3153 Melbourne. Any expenses regarding the refund (including shipping) will be at the expense of the customer.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
